Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The refund request is submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
The product is eligible for return as per our Return Policy.
The item is confirmed as defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended upon inspection by SMART AIRCON.

Once your returned product is received, SMART AIRCON will:

Approve or reject the refund request based on the inspection results.
If the product does not pass the inspection (used, damaged, missing parts), the refund request may be denied.
Refund Timeline
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
