  • The item is confirmed as defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended upon inspection by SMART AIRCON.

  • Register The Complaints On Same Day With Photos / Vedios

Once your returned product is received, SMART AIRCON will:

If the product does not pass the inspection (used, damaged, missing parts), the refund request may be denied.

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
