SMART AIRCON offers a refund or exchange strictly within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. After this 7-day window, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in the same condition as received
  • It must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and box contents

Defective or Damaged Products

We only replace items through an exchange request when the product is found to be:

  • Damaged

For approved return or exchange requests:

  1. The returned product must be received by SMART AIRCON.
  2. The item will undergo an internal quality inspection.
  3. Once the item passes the quality check, we will notify you via email.
  4. The replacement or exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days.
